In a world where every child deserves a joyful start, Alice and Karen Academy gave their learners a day they’ll never forget. The school’s Fun Day, supported through the Marejan Msomeshe Mtoto Project in partnership with Beacon of Hope, was a vibrant celebration of learning, play, and community spirit.
Parents, learners, and teachers gathered to share laughter, games, and creative performances, capped by the grand launch of the Our Little Kingdom play area, a colourful space complete with slides, swings, and a nature corner.
This was a testament to the academy’s commitment to holistic child development and the transformative power of partnership. Through the Marejan Msomeshe Mtoto Project, 33 Early Childhood Development Centres across Nairobi and Kajiado are being equipped to nurture children in safe, engaging, and supportive environments.
