We would like to thank the almighty God for His continued blessings and faithfulness to our mission. We thank God for all He did for us in 2009. As we begin 2010, we are waiting with expectation to see the miraculous works of Jesus upon our work this year. We are trusting God for more growth. We are asking God to expand our territories so that we can impact more lives. By faith we plan to reach out to at least 1000 new families affected or infected by HIV/AIDS.

We trust that these families will be impacted spiritually, economically through our vocational training, kitchen garden project, new catering school and the revolving fund; we also pray that they will be blessed through our medical clinic that gives wholistic and comprehensive care. By extension the children will benefit through our preschool program, youth centre, holiday bible clubs as well as the holiday tuitions and mentorship programs.

1. Pray for Beacon of Hope as we seek God concerning a new strategy we are developing on sustainability. Pray that the lord may confirm and affirm the direction we are endeavoring in this regard.

2. Pray for the new board members who have and will be joining us. Pray that they will all be men and women passionate about our vision. Pray that they will all be true servant leaders.

3. Pray for the staff of BOH, pray that they shall be God centered and yielded to God. That they shall be willing to be used to serve God’s people unreservedly.Pray that the team will continue to serve with passion. Pray for blessings and protection for all the BOH staff.

4. Pray for our beneficiaries too, that they will desire God more and more, that they will come to know his transforming power and His unconditional love for each of them. That more of them may yield their hearts to the lordship of Jesus Christ.

5. Pray that God may intervene in the huge budget shortfall that we are experiencing. That we may know through this season, that God is Jehovah our provider and that those who trust in Him will neither lack or go hungry.

6. Pray that God may continue to bless all those partners for have continued to support BOH in various ways.

7. Pray that God will be glorified through the ministry of BOH as lives are transformed through this ministry.

8. Pray protectively for the vision and mission of BOH. That we shall always remain true and faithful to it.

9. Pray that God may open new marketing outlets for our products.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Father, in Your mercy, hear our prayers.
