The number of orphaned and vulnerable children in our sponsorship program has drastically increased.  These are mainly children of parents who were HIV positive and have since passed away or are too weak  and poor to support their children.  To ensure that these children don’t suffer, we facilitate educational sponsorship for them  to  various  schools around the country. We have over 100 children in this program. Most of them in boarding schools both in primary and secondary and we currently have  one at the university. Quite a number a still awaiting sponsorship as the available resources do not match the need. Children in this program benefit from the medical services being offered, spiritual nurturing and life skills training through the Bible clubs held every holiday.

We thank God for his faithfulness in providing  various  sponsors for these  and other children at the BOH Centre. We pray that more individuals will come forward and assist in this program, for many children are being orphaned each day and without an education, they are destined to a life on the streets.
